Do we have to follow the routine exactly?+
No. The suggested routine is a starting point based on age and feeding method. You can edit, skip or move today’s plans. Changes to your family’s regular routine begin the next day. Follow your baby’s cues and get professional advice when you have concerns.
Does it work with breastfeeding?+
Yes. Record breastfeeds, expressed milk, formula or mixed feeding, as well as solids and everyday care. The feeding summary adapts to your baby’s feeding method. Breastfeeding time is not converted into milk volume.
Can my partner use it too?+
Yes. Invite one trusted caregiver to join your family with their own account. The free launch allows two caregivers in total, including you. You share your baby’s profile, routines and records, while reminder preferences stay personal. If the other caregiver leaves or is removed, you can invite someone else.
What is included in the free launch?+
The Australian launch is free to download, with no ads or subscriptions at launch. Each family supports one active baby and two active caregivers, including the creator. You can invite one caregiver at a time. Expired or revoked invite codes do not use a member slot, and a member leaving or being removed frees that slot.
What will the charts show?+
Recorded milk volumes or feed counts, completed sleep and solids over the past 7 or 30 complete days. Today is excluded. The charts describe your records; they do not rate your baby’s development.
Which devices and languages are supported?+
Nurteli is designed for iPhone with iOS 17 or later, in English and Simplified Chinese. Nurteli is available as a free download on the Australian App Store.
How is our family’s information handled?+
You sign in with Apple. Caregivers you invite can see your family’s baby information and records. Cloud data is stored in the United States. The app has no advertising tracking or third-party behaviour analytics. You can manage records and your account in the app. See the privacy policy for details.
