Scope and operator
This policy applies to the Nurteli 芽律 iOS app. The operator is independent developer 陈新祥 (Chen Xinxiang). Contact: sinxiangchen@163.com. Adult caregivers use the app to record a baby’s daily routine; the service is not directed to children.
Information we process
You may provide a baby’s nickname, birth date, sex, and feeding method; feeding, solids, activity, sleep, and other care records; family membership and invite codes; routine templates, daily plans, and reminder preferences. If you sign in with Apple, we process the account identifier Apple supplies and any name or email you choose to share.
How we use it
We use this information to display the baby’s timeline, create adjustable reference routines, schedule local reminders, maintain your session, and sync information with caregivers you invite to the same family. Suggestions support everyday observation and are not medical diagnoses.
Sharing and providers
Caregivers invited into the same family can see that family’s baby profiles and care records. Apple provides sign-in and device notification features. Supabase provides account authentication and cloud data storage. We process information through these providers only as needed to run the service. The current app does not use advertising tracking or third-party behavior analytics, and we do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Records may first be stored on your device and then synced to the cloud for shared care. You can edit or delete records, leave a family, delete a baby profile, or delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your account details, family membership, and personal reminder preferences. If other caregivers remain, shared family records remain available to them but are no longer linked to your account. Limited backup copies may remain for security and recovery for a limited period.
Your choices and contact
You can manage your submitted information in the app and turn off notifications in iOS Settings. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email sinxiangchen@163.com. We may verify your identity to protect the account.
Updates
If our handling of information changes materially, we will update the date on this page and provide an appropriate notice.
